Happy New Year! It is Rosh Hashanah – the Jewish new year, also called the Feast of Trumpets. A common blessing is ” L’Shanah Tovah Tikatevu!” which means “May you be inscribed (in the Book of Life) for a good year!” As a believer in Yeshua Mashiach (Jesus Christ), I am so glad to be inscribed on the palm of his hand by his loving & atoning sacrifice. I am written in his book of life.  His covenant with me is not up for renewal each year it is permanent!

“He who overcomes will thus be clothed in white garments; and I will not erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.” (Rev. 3:5)

“For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.” (1 Peter 3:18)

Jesus Christ came to fulfill the law and the prophets. Here are some links to tell you more about this Biblical celebration and the messianic significance of this high holy day for us today!
