Here’s an easy family favorite!

Pumpkin Bread

3 cups flour (sifted)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 can of pumpkin (2 cups)
1.25 cups vegetable oil

Mix eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin and oil. Add the dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 in greased loaf pans (2 large or 5 small) for 1 hour. Do not over bake. Small pans will take about 50 minutes. 1 small loaf cut in 8 slices has 140 calories per slice.
